Introducing Café Tolima, a medium/medium-dark roast coffee that we offer year-round sourced from a selection of farmers and cooperatives from Tolima. The coffee will typically have light citrus acidity, nuttiness, and dark chocolate sweetness, perfect as a daily brew, and also works well as an espresso. It's a Cosmopolis Coffee staple.
