Café Tolima

Introducing Café Tolima, a medium/medium-dark roast coffee that we will offer year-round sourced from a selection of farmers and cooperatives from the Tolima. Though the farmers may vary, the coffee should always be full-bodied with a similar - if not exactly the same - flavor profile of light acidity, earthy, chocolate, a balance of sweetness and mild bitterness. 

This season's Café Tolima comes from ASEPROPAZ, a cooperative of 145 women and 144 men farmers, who are dedicated to promoting peace in their region, which has a long history of conflict.
