Forestal is a sustainable farming project in Santander, Colombia, where the coffee is produced among forests in a balanced ecosystem that provides ideal growing conditions. Double fermented to bring out the optimal flavor, at medium roast we taste citrus notes with a dark chocolate finish and a medium bodied texture.
